Checked-Ball: Possession given to the other team following a dead ball and exchanged behind the arc at the top of the playing court between defensive and offensive player maintaining at least 3ft of distance and administered by referee. After defensive player bounces the ball to the offensive player the ball it is live.
Clearing The Ball: After change of possession or after a made shot play continues however the ball must clear to behind the arc. Any scoring after change of possession without clearing does not count, ball awarded to opponent. If offensive team rebounds missed shot, clearing is not needed since no change of possession. Defensive team is not allowed to play the ball while being cleared.
Overtime: Whoever lost coinflip to start game gets pos. One minute OT, 2nd OT Sudden Death.
Scoring: Shots inside the arc 2 points, free throw 1 point, shots outside the arc 3 points
Fouls: Players cannot foul out. Players do not shoot free throws. Players fouled during a shot inside the arc are awarded 2 points, fouled outside the arc are awarded 3 points. If the player is fouled in the act of shooting and scores, the extra point is awarded. A player with 2 un-sportsman like fouls is disqualified. Middle School and High School ages: Every non shooting personal team foul is 1 point awarded to opposing team.
